Villa Vista Alcanada in Alcudia

Fabulous, brand new property, new on our books August 2009, all built on one level in contemporary design with outstanding views of the bay of Alcudia. The villa is located in a hillside residential area overlooking the marina and port of Alcudia accessed by a quiet lane. It has a gated entrance and large gravelled parking area at the front leading to this modern white flat-roofed villa.

The gorgeous teakwood front door leads directly into a bright lounge dining area which is stunning in its simplicity. The floors are of grey terracotta throughout and the walls are painted in brilliant white with modern up-lighting on the walls and spotlights above. There are two very large white sofas positioned around a large low solid holm-oak coffee table which is an outstanding feature amidst the minimalist design and a large dining table with white high-backed chairs. There are floor to ceiling sliding glass doors running along the length of the lounge that lead out onto the pool terrace and gardens. From here you can appreciate the breathtaking panoramic vistas outside.

The high-tech kitchen is partially separated by a white wall and is decorated with white units and white silestone work surfaces with stainless steel applainces. There is a split-level oven with fitted microwave and a large fridge freezer. There is also a vitro touch-control hob and feature wall extractor. The kitchen is practical, clean and bright and has a breakfast bar with two high grey stools.

There is a large twin bedroom and a double bedroom situated together either side of a large full bathroom that has a modern bath with an overhead shower. Both bedrooms have large white wardrobes and look out to the back of the villa. There is also a spectacular master double bedroom accessed by a sliding door from the lounge that has an ensuite shower bathroom with large walk-in shower and large dressing area that has double doors out onto the pool terrace and gardens. The villa is on high ground at looks out over the stunning bay of the Port of Alcudia as far as Can Picafort in the distance with the Tramuntana mountain range to one side and the the flat lands of "Es Pla" reaching as far as the south of the island.
