Villa Roca Viva in Cala D'or

A cool whitewashed villa close to the marina and lovely beaches in Cala D'Or. Roca Viva is a summery house with balconies and terraces overlooking a pool-garden. It's in a great part of the resort - just a 10-minute walk from the sandy bays and rocky headlands of Cala Egos and Cala Es Pou, with restaurants, bars and cafés. The Cala D'Or marina is also 15 minutes away with stylish shops and lots more places to eat.

Inside, the house is full of space and natural light with white walls, tiled floors, simple wooden furniture, and double doors in lots of the rooms. On the ground floor there's a long and sunny dining space with French doors onto the terrace. The kitchen is a well-planned room with appliances including an oven and hob, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer. There are three twin bedrooms on the ground floor too: one with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, and doors onto the pool-terrace. There's a family shower-bathroom here on the ground floor too.

On the first floor there's more living space and two twin bedrooms. A stucco staircase leads up the outside of the house and this is where the acces if to these two rooms as well as a family bathroom and a utility area. Therefore making this property ideal for groups.

The pool and garden are lovely relaxing spaces. There's a rectangular swimming pool surrounded by a sun-terrace, and a shady covered terrace with sun-loungers and terrace furniture. There's a small lawn and gated driveway too.

Roca Viva is a lovely summery house in a fantastic place. It's just a 15-minute walk from the Cala D'Or marina, and the two sandy beaches of Cala Egos and Cala Es Pou are only 10-minutes away too - plus there's a whole series of different gorgeous beaches along this rocky part of the coastline. You can take a tour in a glass-bottomed boat between the coves, or make a short drive to the pretty seaside town and fishing harbour of Porto Petro.
