Villa Can Ramis in Cala San Vicente
Villa Can Ramis is a great house in a fantastic location near the beautiful bay of Cala San Vicente. This is a quiet and relaxed resort with pine-covered hills running down to the three beaches and the crystal clear sea. Pollenca itself is also very nearby, just a five-minute drive away.
The house is in a quiet residential area, on the edge of beautiful countryside and there are views of the La Sierrra de Sant Vicenc mountains from the front of the house - especially from the covered terrace here.
Inside, the house is light and cool and traditionally Mallorcan. The lounge and dining room is really airy, with a dining table, two sofas and stone fireplace. Double doors from here lead out onto the front terrace and so this room too has lovely mountain views. There's satellite tv, a dvd and stereo here too.
The kitchen has appliances including a dishwasher. There's lots of storage space and a dining table. A door from the kitchen opens out onto another raised terrace which overlooks the pool and the garden, at the back of the house. There's a really professional covered barbecue oven and cooking area here too.
Six wide steps leads down from this patio to the brand new rectangular pool. Olive and fruit trees give it lovely dappled shade and there's a sun terrace here too and a lawn. There's even more outside space with a rooftop terrace, up a staircase from the side of the pool. There are four bedrooms at the house - one double room and three twin rooms (two on lower ground level) They share two bathrooms, both with a bath and a shower.
