Ca Na Antonia in Pollensa

Ca Na Antonia is a wonderful brand new villa situated in a quiet country area just a few minutes' drive from Pollensa old town and the beaches and amenities of Port Pollensa. With a lovely mix of traditional and contemporary it offers to be the perfect villa holiday.

Situated in a peaceful location well away from any main roads (only a few minutes' walk from Villaparades Villa Ca Na Jero (website ID 396) making this ideal for groups of up to 10) Ca Na Antonia is in the prefect place to explore the area by bicycle or by foot.

In the Villa itself a few steps lead up onto a wonderful covered front terrace that is furnished with a large wood table and chairs that look out over the lawn and pool. It has a fantastic backdrop of scenery through an arched pillar, just rolling fields and distant mountains with lovely views of the Puig Maria and Santuiri Mountains. There is also a large gas bbq here on the terrace. The child friendly swimming pool with roman steps has a lovely patio area for sunbathing and lots of new gardens and lawns.

Glass doors lead from the raised terrace into the lounge area. The décor is a mixture of rustic and contemporary offering a lovely combination of comfort. There is a wooden dining table with high-backed chairs, large sofas and flat screen tv hung on the wall. Finished with spotlights and open beams throughout and neutral terracotta floors make this a lovely bright villa.

A door from the lounge leads into a pretty twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and light bed linen. One of the beds has a pull out divan to make a third bed so this bedroom could be sold as a triple. Next to this bedroom is a gorgeous shower bathroom with extra large walk-in shower. The walls are decorated with marble tiling and there is a large sink with modern spotlighting.

There is a large double bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom and the shower is a special hydromassage/ steambath type with spray jets. Again the décor is a very high standard and very modern.

The kitchen is a dream and is very large with an island area in the middle. The units are a sleak grey with grey marble worktops. There is a large stainless steel fridge freezer and split level oven and fitted microwave. The marble top island in the middle has an extra large vitro hob and stainless steel hood. There is also a breakfast bar to one side with high stools.
