A brand new reformed pretty country cottage in a tranquil mediterranean setting. It's a real romantic hideaway and an ideal villa for cycling and exploring this beautiful part of the island.

Situated in a small gravelled track with virtually no passing traffic, the villa has a gated entrance and a large parking area. The surrounding countryside is very flat and ideal for walkers and cyclists. There is also a horseriding school a short walk away.

There are two steps and a ramp up to a small front terrace that overlooks the pool and furnished with a small table and chairs for summer eating.

The front door leads directly into a delightful open-plan kitchen that has unusual round ceramic double sinks and lovely tiled stone work surfaces. There is a pine breakfast table and chairs here and a large pine welsh dresser with modern appliances and a large inox cooker hood.

The villa has high sloping beamed ceilings and gorgeous ceramic beige and cream tiled floors throughout. The lounge is simply furnished with two bright sofas and a small coffee table and there is a window looking out onto the front terrace.

A small hallway leads to a shower bathroom on the left that has an extra large walk-in shower and a brass shower fitment.

The double bedroom has direct access onto the front terrace and a feature fireplace that was part of the original structure. The garden is very private and hidden from the lane. The pool has a lawned area all around with newly planted shrubs and flowers in the borders and there is an orange grove to one side. It's very peaceful here with distant mountain views of the Formentor peninsula.
