Can Salvador in Puerto Pollensa

Can Salvador is a lovely stone villa in the countryside between Pollenca, Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia and still just a short drive from all three towns and the sea. It's in a very peaceful place with only a handful of other villas close by and great open views across fields to the Son Fe mountains. The house is very private, down a long gravel drive off a country lane with a sweeping gated drive in front of the house. There's also a front porch and a wide shady terrace.

The house is surrounded by established gardens with lawns, palm trees and Mediterranean plants and flowers. Inside, the house is all on one level - there are just two steps up to the pool. It's comfortably furnished and simply decorated with white walls and tiled floors. There's a large living and dining room with sofas, television and a dvd and stereo, and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is really well designed with lots of cooking and storage space in dark-wood cupboards with marble worktops. There's another table and chairs here and appliances including a dishwasher. A door from the kitchen leads out onto the garden terrace at the back of the house with a great barbecue area and lovely views over the pool.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms: two double rooms and two twin rooms. The double rooms are both really spacious and one has an en-suite bathroom. There's also a large bathroom with a bath and a shower and double sinks. There's central heating throughout the house for holidays in early spring and late autumn.

Behind the house there's a really well designed pool, sun-terrace and garden with an extra shower-bathroom for use after a swim. There are amazing views from the garden of the surrounding countryside, all the way down to the sea at Puerto Pollenca and across to distant hills. Can Salvador is a very relaxing and private villa in a tranquil part of the Pollenca countryside. It's also a short drive away from the beach and the sea at Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia, and there's a local beach just a fifteen-minute walk away. It's also just a short drive from the historic town of Pollenca with all its restaurants, shops and pavement cafes.
