Villa Tomas in Puerto Pollensa

Villa Tomas is a lovely and bright family villa. Restaurants and bars and a supermarket are just 100 metres away, and the Puerto Pollenca beach, seafront and famous pine walk are just a 20-minute walk. The villa is located in the popular residential area of Gotmar and yet still feels peaceful and private. A shady covered terrace runs round the villa.

There is a rooftop terrace too, with lovely views of the Boquer mountains. In the gardens the pool with extensive sun-terraces is surrounded by lawned areas which are the ideal place for children to play. A large patio leads from the house to the pool and makes a lovely place for eating outside. There is a feature barbecue and comfortable terrace furniture in this area. A table-tennis table and the new heated jacuzzi hot-tub are fantastic new amenities for the villa.

The interior of Villa Tomas is airy and spacious with white walls, tiled floors and large windows with shutters. Off the large entrance hall a dining room and lounge, with satellite television and a dvd player and a cd stereo, leads out onto a terrace. A second hallway, down a half-landing, leads to the master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and double sinks. There are three further twin bedrooms here, sharing a full bathroom. There is another cloakroom off the main entrance hallway. All the bedrooms have recently been fitted with modern air-conditioning units. On the first floor there is a bright and fully equipped dining kitchen. Double doors lead out to the terrace and an outdoor staircase, fitted with stair-gates which runs down to the pool area at the back of the villa.

Villa Tomas is a fantastic house for families, couples, or groups of friends who want to be in easy walking distance of the resort of Puerto Pollenca.
