Villa Susana in Puerto Pollensa

An impressive, spacious family property of superior quality, reminiscent of a stately home, on the prestigious Llenaire residential estate, directly opposite our new villa Can Moncho and just a short walk to our villa Oliveres Rafalet.

This villa emanates luxury and is just 5-minute walk to the nearest restaurants and sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa with the port centre just a 20 minute stroll along the seafront.

Situated on a wide leafy avenue, this exceptional villa is ideal for a family holiday with comfort in mind. It has a gated entrance from the pavement and an electric gate with a large parking area for two cars. The covered porch is at the side of the villa and leads into a breathtaking entrance hall with high ceilings, a corner dresser and a large regal chandelier. The splendid decor is largely classical with bright prints and pretty plates on the walls and lovely drapes and carpets in jewel colours. The floors are of gorgeous cream stone and there are white walls with neutral curtains for a relaxing summery atmosphere. It has almost been designed to make the most of the natural light with large windows in every room as this villa recieves the sun's rays throughout the day.

To the left of the entrance hall is a utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. The ground floor bright double bedroom is off this area with large patio doors opening out to the side of the villa. There are great examples of white distressed furniture units and there is also an en-suite full bathroom with large bath and a separate corner shower cubicle.

All the bedrooms throughout the property have large wardrobe spaces and there are hot and cold air-conditioning units throughout.

There is a separate wc bathroom here in the entrance hall and double doors leading into a magnificient lounge decorated with elegance and attention to detail. Two large sofas are around a low decorative coffee table and there is a wood burning fire as a central feature. Double doors lead out onto a magnificent covered terrace at the back of the villa that is partially enclosed with a large cream curtain and is furnished with comfortable wicker sofas with bright cushions and a myriad of tropical plant pots. This area is almost an extention of the lounge and is the focal area of the villa with fabulous views out over the garden and pool.

The dining room has wide sliding doors from the lounge and has a large solid wood table with high-backed striped dining chairs. There is a also a large dresser here for glassware and crockery.

The kitchen is very roomy and decorated in a modern style with creamy units and oatmeal-coloured work surfaces. There is a large American fridge-freezer with water and ice dispenser, a split level microwave, an integrated dishwasher and a long vitro hob. There is also a central island for added work space and cupboard storage and a door out onto the terrace.

The terrace has one step down to a pretty garden that has lush lawns all around the pool and furnished sundecking. There is a wonderful separate barbecue casita house furnished with a lovely dining table and chairs and an handy exterior shower bathroom.

An excellent venue for the budding chefs in your party to practice their skills.

From the entrance hall is a wide sweeping staircase with a decorative iron bannister leading directly into a large upper TV lounge with comfy sofas grouped around a large glass coffee table. There are double doors onto a corner covered terrace with views over the estate.

This upper level also has a large twin bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. There are also two very large double bedrooms which share a long wide terrace with views over the mountains of Pollensa and the Puig Maria monastery in the background. Both of these double bedrooms with full family bathrooms next to them with double doors that can convert them into ensuites.

Its outstanding feature has to be the size of the rooms and the high ceilings giving space and light. A real home from home, comfortable to a high standard and well designed.
