Villa Provencal Petit in Puerto Pollensa

Provencal Petit is a renovated farmhouse in Puerto Pollenca. The lovely and very sheltered beach is an easy 15-minute walk from here, with restaurants and bars, cafes and shops even closer.

Inside, the villa is all on one level. The rooms are bright and airy with white walls, terracotta floors, shuttered windows and simple new furniture. In the lounge and dining room there's a long dining table, two new sofas and a traditional Mallorcan wood-burning stove for cosy evenings on autumn or spring holidays. There's satellite television here and a dvd and stereo.

The new pale-wood kitchen is really well planned with lots of counters and cupboard space. There are lots of new appliances including a dishwasher. Double doors open out on to the pool-terrace where there's a barbecue and another table and chairs.

The three bedrooms are all light with bright new linen. The double room and twin room at the front of the villa share a large bathroom with a bath and a shower.

The second twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room which again has been newly renovated. The garden, at the back of the house, is very well laid out with a lovely pool, a terrace, and a lawn shaded by trees. There are also views to the Boquer mountains from here. Provencal Petit is a great family villa for a beach holiday in Puerto Pollenca. The neighbouring house is villaparade's Can Moragues (id 320) so several families or a group of up to 15 friends could stay in these houses together. The beautiful Pine-Walk, sandy beaches, and the sea, and the cafes, restaurants and shops of the resort, are an easy 15-minute walk away.
