Finca Guillem in Puerto Pollensa

The house is a great design of wood, glass and clever lighting, with white walls and cool wooden floors. On the ground floor there's a hall with glass sliding doors into the airy lounge and dining room - with comfortable sofas, a long wooden table, and two sets of doors out onto the shady pool-terrace. The large square kitchen has lots of storage space, an island workstation, and appliances including a dishwasher. A door leads out to a side terrace. Also on the ground floor has there's a twin bedroom and an extra-large contemporary shower bathroom with double showers.

On the first floor there are four more bedrooms - two doubles and two twins. One of the double rooms has a private terrace looking to the mountains. One of the twin rooms has an en-suite shower bathroom with a walk-in shower. All the bedrooms have lots of storage space and great views. There's a family bathroom with a bath and a shower on this floor too.

There's a really relaxing and child-friendly garden and pool - with a shady covered terrace, a long swimming pool surrounded by lawns, young trees, and open views of the beautiful mountainous countryside of this part of the island.

Finca Guillem is a wonderful house, full of natural light, relaxing spaces and cool contemporary style. It's in a pretty part of the Mallorcan countryside just an easy 5-minute drive from the lovely town of Pollença - with historic sites, restaurants, cafés and shops. It's even closer to the sea and beaches at the beautiful and family-friendly resort of Puerto Pollença - 3 minutes away by car or a 25-minute walk. There is now a pedestrianised pavement which leads to Puerto Pollenca from the villa.With respect to the location of the villa, the property hadn't been built when the google earth image was taken.
