Ca Na Alicia in Puerto Pollensa

A smart and comfortable new family villa in the pretty countryside between Pollença and the sea. Ca Na Alicia is in a very private and peaceful place off a country lane near the residential area of Llenaire. Both the historic town of Pollença and the sea at Puerto Pollença are just a five-minute drive from the house. The villa is suitable in parts for wheelchair accessand has a gated driveway.

The house is all on one level with lots of light and airy spaces. The rooms are large, cool and bright with white walls, spotlights, and open beams, with lots of pale wood and neutral furniture. Through the entrance hall there's a comfortable lounge with two sofas, satellite tv and a dvd and cd stereo. There are lovely views from here of fields and trees. The dining area has a long dining table and a dresser. The kitchen is a really spacious room with lots of storage and workspace. Laundry can be done in the separate utility room. Double doors from the kitchen lead out onto the deep and shady covered terrace which looks out over the pool and gardens.

There are three bedrooms - a double bedroom and two twin rooms. All the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with air-conditioning and lots of space. The double room has an en-suite shower bathroom and the two twin rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The bathrooms are beautifully sparkling clean with new fittings in white and pale green glass.

There's lots of well-designed outside space at the villa too with a curved pool surrounded by lawn and a covered terrace with a wooden dining table and chairs. There's also plenty of room for several cars at the front of the house. The garden, pool and terrace all have lovely views over fields to distant views of the mountains around Pollenca.

Ca Na Alicia is a really welcoming and stylish new villa with lots of relaxing spaces for a holiday with family or friends. It's in a super location in the pretty countryside between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca, and both town and sea are just a 5-minute drive away. And the sea is even close enough for a fairly energetic walk on a spring or autumn day - it's 30-minute walk from the house.
