The front door of this beautiful compact villa opens into an open-plan lounge, dining room with a modern kitchenette with clean white units and all modern amenities. A comfortable sofa and pine dining suite complete the furnishings. The décor is bright and simple, with light tiles throughout, giving the room a fresh, summer feel. The perfect place to eat or relax.
From the kitchen, a door leads through to an air-conditioned double bedroom with a sloping beamed ceiling and pale wood furniture which complements the light bedding wonderfully. A separate, modern shower bathroom is also accessed from the kitchen area.
Upstairs on the small mezzanine level are two single beds. Polished parquet flooring and ceiling beams add to the clean, bright feel of the room. Because this area is open it is suited to older children rather than adults and young children.

A table-tennis table provides hours of fun.The ample lawn area is perfect for sunbathing, and is bordered by shady green trees and bushes. The swimming pool is in the best position to catch the welcoming sea breeze which blows across the fields, and boasts a beautiful backdrop of distant mountains.
With local restaurants, such as the Mediterraneo and Can Guarassa within a fifteen-minute walk, and the Club Del Sol complex nearby, this villa is perfect for those who want a mix of entertainment and relaxation from their holiday, but may not be suitable for families with young children.
