A fabulous new complex of sea-facing terraced villas built on the side of the Puig de Gotmar Mountain and many with stunning views over the Bay.

The Celgotmar Complex is a collection of twenty five exclusive luxury villas built around three lovely swimming pools. Access is via a winding driveway which leads to all levels and has a pool and parking at each. Steps connect each of the three levels of villas so they are not really recommended for anyone who has mobility difficulties.

The villas have all been painted in soft pastel shades that give the complex a lovely, bright appearance and a real Mediterranean feel. Although each is built in the same style, all are privately owned and decorated to the owner's individual taste albeit to the same very high standard.

The front door of the Can Celgotmar Marti villa leads straight into an open-plan lounge and features quality floor tiles throughout, brilliant white walls, and smart ceiling spotlights. Double doors from the lounge take you out onto the wonderful front terrace furnished with table and chairs and offering lovely views of the bay depending on the level of the villa. The higher you are, the better the view!

The kitchen is both modern and well equipped with a double sink, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. A door leads out onto a small terrace to the rear. A staircase leads up to the top floor bedrooms which comprise a small room with a twin bed and a fitted wardrobe with views overlooking the downstairs terrace. Two further bedrooms both feature twin beds pushed together with a double headboard and are stylishly furnished whilst the larger one also benefits from a beautiful sea-facing terrace and has a lovely en-suite full bathroom. A separate full bathroom is also on this level.

The Can Celgotmar Marti is an identical designed villa with a very comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player and a modern, well equipped kitchen featuring a handy breakfast bar and finished in attractive light wood and marble work surfaces. The views from here are simply stunning as the Marti is situated on the middle level.

All villas in the Celgotmar Complex are well lit on the stairs at night and are grouped around three swimming pools, one on each level, with ample sun terracing as well as plants and shrubs. One pool has a shower room and changing facilities. Lovely villas, marvellous sun terraces and views, plus three swimming pools to choose from - all in all the Celgotmar Complex has a lot to offer.
