Villa Ses Casetas in Rural Mallorca

A recently built bungalow-style villa set in flat open countryside in a very peaceful area close to the pretty market towns of Felanitx and Campos. Villa Ses Casetas is designed in a traditional style with an unfussy entrance hall and simple pine furniture. It is very light and sunny throughout and the living, dining area in particular is very spacious and features a built-in stone fireplace and a built-in stone shelving unit, television and wooden cupboards. Doors off the dining area lead to the outside patio with built-in barbecue and the country-style kitchen. Reasonably sized and simple in design, the kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, electric cooker, gas hob and a fridge, plus a small table and chairs.

The uncluttered, rustic feel continues in the bedrooms. There are two twin rooms and a double room all with pine furniture with built-in wardrobes. The full bathroom is next to the double room and there's a small shared shower room too. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine at the end of the corridor.

Outside, there is a lovely covered terrace and dining area with table and chairs, a well and a delightful patio area with a carob tree in the centre that provides plenty of welcome shade. The good-sized pool is slightly raised and has roman steps. The simple garden has open views over the plains to the distant mountains. The property has a gated driveway. A traditional-style villa with plenty of character and charm, an ideal base for a peaceful holiday.
